Bikini competition prep can be difficult as you may want to have your ice cream and eat too! Here’s a low carb way to prep for your competition and easily fit ice cream into your daily macros. At just 4 carbs per serving and only 12 grams of fat, it’s easy to satisfy your sweet tooth, and fit it into your contest prep meal plan!
Mason Jar Chocolate Ice Cream
1/2 cup is the serving size-(makes 4)
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 2 tablespoons granulated Swerve or sugar substitute
* 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* * OPTIONAL Add Lilly’s Dark Chocolate Chips 14 grams or 60 chips into the mixture. If you are closely counting daily macros instead of mixing the chocolate chips, instead, top each of the 4 servings with 3.5 grams or 15 chips each for an accurate macro count.

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth pint sized mason jar. Screw the lid on and shake vigorously for 5 minutes. The liquid inside should double in volume, filling the mason jar. Freeze for 3 hours up to 24 hours. Freezing will cause the mixture to expand in the Mason Jar. If you are pouring 4 servings separate servings before freezing be sure plan accordingly as it does expand. Scoop and enjoy!
