If you don’t have a donut baking sheet, no worries, there is an easy muffin conversion listed in the directions. Here’s how they are made.
In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together liquids until well blended. Add dry ingredients to liquids and mix well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour into pan that has been prepared with non-stick spray. Bake until tops spring back when lightly touched. Enjoy warm. For full-size donuts, bake approximately 18 minutes. Makes 6 full-size donuts.
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2-5 drops Vanilla creme sweet drops
2 TBSP coconut flour
2 TBSP almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
Egg whites 6 raw whites
1/4 C unsweetened almond, coconut or cashew milk
