Glam Girl Bikini & Build More Than Just a Body Season Kick Off Retreat

Location Arizona Grand Resort and Spa.
8000 S. Arizona Grand Parkway
Registrants need to book airfare to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and book lodging here: https://www.arizonagrandresort.com. This is not included in you registration fees.
We suggest that you book a flight to arrive by the 4:00PM MST on Friday, February 17th and a departure no earlier than 4:00 pm MST on Sunday February 19th, 2023.
Early Bird Registration is open now through Dec. 31st, 2022. The cost of the event for early bird registration is $500 for non-members. All current Glam Girl Bikini athletes and all Build More than a Body Members early bird pricing is $400.
Any payments accepted on or after Jan 1st, 2023 would see an increase of $100 for both members and non-members.
Those not staying at the Grand Resort and Spa will be required to purchase a $25/day pass to the Grand Athletic Club. This can be purchased on-site.
This year there will be several al a carte items for $50 each. 30 minute personal training session with a GGB coach, 30 minute posing session with a GGB coach. For $75 (food included) there is a Food Immersion Experience with Celeste (includes snacks) and $100 EMG testing for 30 minutes with Amy Ehinger.

You must be a hotel guest of the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa to use the Arizona Grand Athletic Club. If you are NOT staying at the Resort, then there will be a $25/day pass fee required.
Saturday February 11th
9:00-10:00 am Celeste Rains Turk -Intro/ice breakers-common needs, intentions and commitments to the group and the weekend to foster desired transformation, first impressions and nerves, & vulnerability.
10:00-11:00am Upper body workout leader-Coach Amy.
11:00-11:30am Celeste- stress management, bottom up processing, mindfulness, coping skills on the go and in depth.
Break 11:30-12:00 pm
12:00-12:30 pm HIIT workout leader-Coach Jamy.
12:30-1:30 pm Celeste- Food Relationship Discussion and Practice.
1:30-2:00 pm Change for posing/eat
2:00-3:00 pm Posing – Coach Chris Posing model/Leader-Coach Deb suit selection.
Sunday February 12th
9:00-10:00 am hike on South Mountain Preserve with Celeste immersion-At the top of hike will be a daily ritual with body gratitude practice to support the intention setting for connection with body during the day.
10:00-11:00 am Body Image and self love + confidence with Celeste.
11:00-12:00 pm Lower body workout- Coach Brittany.
12-12:30 pm Break
12:30-1:00 pm HIIT Coach Christy/Drea.
1:00-2:00 pm wrap up with final activity-Celeste—implementation, intentions for moving forward, review of major takeaways for integration, ideal day structured to include practices, & something for someone.
